I had a great experience with Mary Beth and Ryan today from KC Heating & Air! My AC unit had stopped keeping up with the temperature I had set on my thermostat, and they were able to get everything taken care of.
They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was going on with my system. They were friendly, honest, and made sure everything was working properly before they left. It’s such a relief to have my home cool and comfortable again.

Maybe it was the tech. But I’ve had an issue over last summer to the start of this summer. Their tech came out, told me she did not know what the issue was. Billed me $85. The AC would stay on enough, we just left it at that. The start of this summer, my ac was having the same issue, but worse. The same tech came out. Told me she did not know what the issue was again. Said she thought she knew what the problem was but didn’t know for sure. Charged me $85 again, and quoted $400 for the possible repair that again she thought she knew. Then told me if that doesn’t work then the bill still stands, we can’t take the part back. So I said no. I also waited 3 days for a tech to come out. After all of this, I went to another tech in the area. He came out within 8 hours, and had my ac running within 2 hours. Charged me half the price of KC Heat and Air

Called KC Heat and Air for replacement of an outdoor package unit and crawl space duct work on a residential unit. They came out to see me and got me in their schedule to do the work very quickly. Both Mary Beth and Brennon were professional, thorough and did great work. I will be using them again for my properties in the future.

Mary Beth and Brennon were extremely well prepared to install the 4-ton Dual Fuel Trane system. They worked well as a team, and they were able to do the change-out in about 5 hours. I would use them again if needed.

I had a wire going bad that had ruined a contactor on my heating unit. They fixed that AND they did a little extra troubleshooting to make sure my temps were reading good out of the vents and my airflow was solid. Highly recommend them.

The technicians did an amazing job! They worked all day, into the evening, replacing our heating and air unit. Other than the new unit and the amazingly cool air, it looked like they had never been here! Excellent work.
